Terms of Sale

Terms of Sale are Net 30 days from date of invoice and are in US Dollars (USD) only. Major Credit Cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Purchase Orders (POs) are accepted from pre-qualified organizations. Please contact Eagle for credit pre-qualification process. Pricing for bulk purchases are typically available.

Report all incidents of shipping errors, shortage, breakage or any other product damage within 3 days of receipt of goods. Eagle Biosciences assumes no liability for loss or delay caused by conditions beyond Eagle’s control. Freight terms on all orders are FOB/EXW Eagle Biosciences. Due to the nature of many of the products listed herein, all sales are considered final. Returns will not be accepted without an accompanying Return Goods Authorization number (RGA number).
